White Chocolate Tiramisu Pudding Cups come together in minutes for a delicious and simple dessert. They’re perfect for holiday parties, or a Wednesday night.

Ingredients

  • 10 Italian lady fingers
  • ½ cup brewed coffee cooled, divided
  • 4 ounces mascarpone cheese softened
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 3.9- ounce package GODIVA White Chocolate Vanilla Bean Instant Pudding Mix
  • 8 ounces container whipped topping divided
  • white chocolate shavings optional

Instructions

  1. Place Lady Fingers in a plastic zip-top bag and crush them with a mallet or rolling pin until coarse crumbs are formed.
  2. Evenly divide the crumbs between 6 small serving dishes. Use a teaspoon to sprinkle lady finger crumbs with 1/4 cup coffee. You'll use about 2 teaspoons of coffee per serving dish.
  3. Place the mascarpone cheese, milk, 1/4 cup coffee and pudding mix into a blender and blend on medium speed until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  4. Use a rubber spatula to transfer the pudding mixture to a large bowl. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
  5. Spoon or pipe the filling evenly between the 6 serving dishes. Cover and chill for 4 hours, or overnight.
  6. Before serving, top with remaining whipped cream and white chocolate shavings.

Notes

  • For this recipe, you'll want to use Italian Lady Fingers which are crunchy in texture - like biscotti. You can find them in the Italian section of most supermarkets.
  • If you are unable to find mascarpone cheese, you can substitute cream cheese.
