Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it's bubbling.
- Whisk in the flour and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture turns a light, golden color.
