White Wine Slushy

This Moscato peach wine slushy is the perfect way to beat the summer heat. Loaded with fresh peaches and sweet Moscato, this white wine slushy is going to be your new favorite summer beverage.

Ingredients

  • 3 white peaches plus an extra slice for garnish
  • 1 yellow peach
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup
  • lemon juice from half
  • 1 ¾ cups ice
  • ½ cup sweet white wine such as Cavit Moscato
  • sage optional, fresh, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel fresh peaches and dice into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine diced peaches, simple syrup and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended peach mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for 2-3 hours.
  4. To make the wine slushies, place 4-5 peach ice cubes into the blender and add in 1/2 cup Cavit Moscato. Blend at low speed until slushy.
  5. Pour into a glass and garnish with a fresh peach slice and a fresh sage leaf. Enjoy!

Notes

  • TIP: You can purchase a bottle of simple syrup, or make your own by combining equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan and bringing it to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool completely before blending with the remaining ingredients.
