Whole Wheat Banana Bread Recipe
This Whole Wheat Banana Bread combines whole wheat flour, mashed bananas, and honey to create a moist, naturally sweet loaf with a tender crumb. The addition of Greek yogurt and coconut oil enriches the texture, balancing moisture and density. Golden raisins are optional for bursts of chewiness and extra flavor. Baking at 350°F allows even rising and a firm crust without over-drying. It's a practical recipe for using ripe bananas and makes a wholesome snack or breakfast component.
