  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup (70g) frozen wild berries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 5.5 oz (150g) coconut yogurt
  • Splash of milk
  • 1 tsp Mixed Seeds

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place everything in a blender apart from the mixed seeds.
  2. Blitz until completely smooth. Top with seeds.
