Colourful chia pudding made with wild blueberries and cranberry juice. Topped with mango puree and dried cranberries.

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp wild blueberries
- 1 Mango
- 4 tbsp cranberry juice
- 1 handful dried cranberries
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut flower sugar
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the blue/cranberry layer. Put in the fridge foor about 4 hours or overnight.
- Divide the pudding over 2 glasses.
- Puree the mango and divide on top of the pudding.
- Top with the dried cranberries.
