Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • Beet hummus
  • 1/2 cup roasted chickpeas (olive oil, garlic powder)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • guacamole

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Toast your bread the spread on your beet hummus on two slices, guacamole on two slices, and place the spinach and chickpeas on. 
  2. Wrap with clingfilm or parchment paper to pack for work.
