- 4 slices sourdough bread
- Beet hummus
- 1/2 cup roasted chickpeas (olive oil, garlic powder)
- 1 cup spinach
- guacamole
Instructions
- Toast your bread the spread on your beet hummus on two slices, guacamole on two slices, and place the spinach and chickpeas on.
- Wrap with clingfilm or parchment paper to pack for work.
