Yogurt Parfaits With Lemon And Berry Sauce

This yogurt parfait recipe is layered with purchased Greek yogurt and homemade lemon curd with berry sauce. Delicious for brunch or a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • [1 cup prepared lemon curd]
  • [1 cup prepared berry sauce]
  • 1-2 cups Greek yogurt I'm partial to Fage
  • pastry bags or plastic baggies for piping

Instructions

  1. Put lemon curd, berry sauce and Greek yogurt in separate pastry bags. Pipe in yogurt, lemon curd, and then berry sauce. Repeat layers until glass is filled. Put in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

  • The quantity will vary depending on the size of glass you use for the parfaits. I used 8 mini parfait glasses and 2 mini jelly jars.
