Ingredients
- ½ cup plain whole milk yogurt
- 1 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon honey plus more for serving
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 lemon zested (optional)
- 4 bread slices
- 4 strawberries sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, egg, honey, cinnamon, and lemon zest, if using, until well combined and looks like custard.
- Spoon the custard into the toast and top with the strawberries. Bake 400°F for 10-15 minutes and enjoy immediately with extra honey drizzled on top.
