Yuzu Mojito
Yuzu adds a perfect citrus compliment to lime and mint in this classic, refreshing summer cocktail.
Ingredients
- ½ lime
- ½ cup mint fresh
- 1 tsp sugar or more to taste
- ½ oz yuzu juice
- 2 oz white rum
- 4 oz club soda
Instructions
- Add the limes, mint, sugar, and yuzu juice directly to a highball glass and muddle with cocktail muddler until the limes are well juiced.
- Next, add the rum and top the glass with plenty of ice. Add the club soda and give it a quick stir. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig if desired.
Notes
- Instead of simple syrup I like to muddle sugar along with the citrus so I can control how sweet I want the drink to be. Feel free to adjust the sugar to your taste.
