Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (pound the chicken thinner if needed)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons za'atar seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, za’atar seasoning, and garlic.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag then pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- Grill chicken breasts on medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165° Fahrenheit.
- Let the chicken rest before slicing and enjoying!
