Ingredients
- 1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated tortellini
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 2 diced medium zucchini
- 1 diced large cucumber
- 1 diced medium green bell pepper
- 1 diced red bell pepper
- 1 diced large red onion
- 6 lices cooked and diced bacon
Dressing:
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon celery seed
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook the1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water, and add to a large bowl.
- Add the 1 pint cherry tomatoes cut in half, 2 diced medium zucchini, 1 diced large cucumber, 1 diced medium green bell pepper, 1 diced red bell pepper, 1 diced large red onion, and 6 slices cooked and diced bacon to the bowl of pasta.
- Make the dressing: Whisk together 1 cup Italian salad dressing, ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon celery seed, and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until coated. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
