Ingredients
- 1½ lbs corn flour (maize flour)
- 1½ quarts water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- pinch salt
To serve
- 6 oz yogurt (or cream)
Instructions
- Place the water into a large pan, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil.
- When the water boils, reduce the heat, and add the corn flour.
- Stir for around 10 minutes, until the mixture is very thick.
- Remove from the heat, and serve warm with yogurt or cream.
