DMCA Takedown Policy

Cup of Yum ("we", "our", or "the Site") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Site.

To file a valid DMCA notice, you must include:

  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

  3. The exact URL(s) or location on our site where the infringing content appears.

  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next?

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material,

  • Notify the user who posted it,

  • Allow them to submit a counter-notification if they believe the content was wrongly removed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send us a written counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your contact information,

  2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared,

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed in error,

  4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area (or where the website is based),

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We may restore the content if the original claimant does not file a lawsuit within 10–14 business days of receiving your counter-notice.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
