Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 broccolini
  • sea salt 1/2 tsp, Celtic variety
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat butter until it is melted on medium high.
  2. Add olive oil.
  3. Add broccolini, toss frequently until browned and bright green, about 5 minutes.
