15-Minute Air Fryer Frozen Cauliflower
Learn how to make frozen cauliflower in the air fryer - it's so easy you won’t even believe it! In just 15 minutes, you’ll take frozen vegetables and turn them into the perfect side dish – crispy and tender.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces cauliflower frozen
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ¼-½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- black pepper to taste, freshly ground
Instructions
- In the basket of the air fryer with a crisper rack (or a separate mixing bowl) toss the frozen cauliflower with olive oil and desired seasonings. Spread in an even layer in the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 375°F. Cook for 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway through. Depending on the size of the florets, cook time may vary; smaller florets will crisp up more quickly.
- Serve immediately as desired and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer.
Notes
- *Use anywhere from 12-20 ounces of cauliflower, depending on what's available at your store; more cauliflower may require a longer cook time.
- Air Fryer: this recipe was tested with a 4-quart Ninja air fryer. The exact cook time may vary depending on the model of your air fryer.
