15-Minute Air Fryer Frozen Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cauliflower frozen
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ¼-½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • black pepper to taste, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. In the basket of the air fryer with a crisper rack (or a separate mixing bowl) toss the frozen cauliflower with olive oil and desired seasonings. Spread in an even layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Set the air fryer to 375°F. Cook for 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway through. Depending on the size of the florets, cook time may vary; smaller florets will crisp up more quickly.
  3. Serve immediately as desired and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer.

Notes

  • *Use anywhere from 12-20 ounces of cauliflower, depending on what's available at your store; more cauliflower may require a longer cook time.
  • Air Fryer: this recipe was tested with a 4-quart Ninja air fryer. The exact cook time may vary depending on the model of your air fryer.
