This breakfast fruit salad is an easy way to get loads of delicious vitamins into your diet! No added sugar and ready in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries 150 g
  • 1 15-oz can mandarine oranges drained
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 2 kiwis peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup blueberries 150 g
  • 1 cup grapes halved, 150 g
  • ½ cup orange juice 120 mL

Instructions

  1. Chop: Cut all fruits.
  2. Stir: Gently toss together all ingredients and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Storage: The bananas don't store well, so if you're making this ahead of time leave those out and add them right before serving!
