Ingredients

  • 1 lb broccoli
  • 1 lb cauliflower
  • 1 cup chopped bacon
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small purple Onion
  • 1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
Broccoli Cauliflower Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp dry parsley
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop broccoli, cauliflower, and bacon into similar bite-sized pieces. Next, cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and dice the onions into tiny pieces. 
  2. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper, and dry parsley together.
  4. Toss the dressing in right before you plan to serve the salad. Enjoy immediately!
