15 Minute Candied Cinnamon Pecans

Crunchy candied cinnamon pecans that can be made and ready to eat in 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole pecans
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Add sugar to a medium sized pan and cook over medium high heat until sugar begins to melt. Add pecans and stir with a rubber spatula until sugar is completed coated (but not burned!) and pecans are well coated with sugar glaze. 
  2. Add vanilla and stir. Remove pan from heat and transfer pecans to a nonstick baking sheet or glass plate, sprinkle with cinnamon. Chill 5 minutes. Break apart pecans. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in airtight container at room temperature.
