Ingredients

  • 10 oz canned boneless salmon
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • 1/4 cup Dill
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper
