Ingredients
- 3 TB extra virgin olive oil
- 4 large cloves garlic minced
- 1 lb raw shrimp large, peeled and deveined
- 1 TB lemon pepper seasoning
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat dry raw shrimp with paper towels. In a bowl, gently combine shrimp with lemon & pepper seasoning and red pepper flakes.
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium heat. Add garlic and stir 30 seconds just until fragrant, but do not let it brown. Add the seasoned shrimp, cooking and stirring 2-3 minutes or just until shrimp turns opaque. Once it turns opaque, immediately turn heat off. Stir in the parsley, and add salt and pepper to taste if needed.
