20-Minute Lazy Enchiladas
An easy one-pan meal layered with flavorful taquitos, enchilada sauce, beans and cheese - these lazy enchiladas come together in 20 minutes with only 4 ingredients!

Ingredients
- frozen taquitos enough to fill the bottom of the pan
- 16 oz refried beans 1 typical can
- 10 oz Red Enchilada Sauce 1 typical can
- 8 oz cheddar cheese Shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Scoop beans into the bottom of the casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Place the taquitos in a single layer on top of the beans, covering as much of the surface as possible.
- Pour enchilada sauce on top, so everything is covered.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.
