3-Ingredient Banana Popsicles (Customizable Recipe)

Made with just 3 ingredients, these banana popsicles are creamy, delicious, and only take three steps to make. After writing the #1 cookbook on popsicles, I've come up with simple tricks to help you make the perfect popsicles every time.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium bananas
  • 2 Tbsp honey can sub maple syrup or agave nectar, 30 g
  • ½ cup milk can sub dairy-free, 120 mL
  • Optional: cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend: Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding optional ingredients as desired.
  2. Freeze: Pour into molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. Insert sticks and freeze until hard (at least 4 hours).
  3. Serve: Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up, then remove from the mold.

Notes

  • Store leftover popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. I highly recommend doubling or tripling the recipe to have yummy popsicles ready to go in the freezer!
