Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix I prefer the Ghirardelli Brand
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pre heat oven to 325 (or according to the brownie mix box)
  2. Prepare baking dish using spray oil, butter, or parchment paper
  3. In a bowl, mix, brownie mix, can of sweetened condensed milk, and egg
  4. Pour brownie mix into prepared baking dish
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving

Notes

  • I like to use a combination of spray oil and parchment paper for this recipe.  These brownies can be really sticky, so you want to make sure that your baking dish is extra prepared. 
  • Let the brownies cool completely before cutting and serving.  Letting them cool helps lock in extra moisture. 
  • Use a toothpick to check the brownies for doneness if it comes out with just a little brownie on it then it's perfect!  Trust me, it makes it extra extra fudgy this way.
