3 Ingredient Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix I prefer the Ghirardelli Brand
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 325 (or according to the brownie mix box)
- Prepare baking dish using spray oil, butter, or parchment paper
- In a bowl, mix, brownie mix, can of sweetened condensed milk, and egg
- Pour brownie mix into prepared baking dish
- Bake for 40-45 minutes
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving
Notes
- I like to use a combination of spray oil and parchment paper for this recipe. These brownies can be really sticky, so you want to make sure that your baking dish is extra prepared.
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting and serving. Letting them cool helps lock in extra moisture.
- Use a toothpick to check the brownies for doneness if it comes out with just a little brownie on it then it's perfect! Trust me, it makes it extra extra fudgy this way.
