With just 3 ingredients, this dragon fruit smoothie is so easy yet packed with vitamins!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dragon fruit 140 g, frozen
  • 1 banana
  • ½ to 1 cup milk can use dairy-free, 120 to 240 mL

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, starting with ½ cup milk and adding more as needed to reach your desired consistency. Optionally add 1 or 2 Smoothie Enhancers (see notes.)

Notes

  • *Don't like bananas? You can replace the banana with ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt!
