3 Ingredient Oven Roasted Potatoes
These oven-roasted potatoes combine chopped potatoes, a neutral cooking oil, and a packet of onion soup mix to bring a savory flavor with minimal ingredients. The potatoes roast at a high temperature until tender inside with a golden, slightly crisp exterior. Using an onion soup mix adds a seasoned punch without the need for additional spices, making this an easy side dish for weeknight meals or gatherings. Red potatoes are preferred but other varieties work equally well.
