30 Minute Blueberry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries washed
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine the blueberries, honey and lemon juice in a heavy bottomed saucepan, and heat over medium heat until the berries begin to "pop" (about 5 minutes).
  2. Stir the chia seeds in, and bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Turn the heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, and cool (to room temp) before using.
  5. Devour.
