30 Minute Dinner Rolls

Dinner rolls are soft, fluffy and super delicious! Pair them with just about anything and eat them for dinner, or lunch, or anytime in between!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons warm milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Lightly grease a 9x13 inches baking dish and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, oil, yeast, and sugar and let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Fix a stand mixer with the dough hook and mix in salt, egg and 2 cups of flour until combined.
  5. Add the remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time. Spray your hands with cooking spray, the dough will be sticky and shape it into 12 even balls.
  6. Place the dough pieces into the prepared baking dish and let rise for 10 minutes.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes or until tops are lightly golden.
  8. Brush the warm rolls with melted butter.
