Dinner rolls are soft, fluffy and super delicious! Pair them with just about anything and eat them for dinner, or lunch, or anytime in between!

Ingredients
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons warm milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Lightly grease a 9x13 inches baking dish and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, oil, yeast, and sugar and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Fix a stand mixer with the dough hook and mix in salt, egg and 2 cups of flour until combined.
- Add the remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time. Spray your hands with cooking spray, the dough will be sticky and shape it into 12 even balls.
- Place the dough pieces into the prepared baking dish and let rise for 10 minutes.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until tops are lightly golden.
- Brush the warm rolls with melted butter.
