Ingredients

  • 2 lb halibut fillet
  • 1 tbsp garlic parsley salt
  • 2 tbsp oil avocado or olive
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to moderately high or high heat (375°F or higher). Slice halibut into equal size pieces.
  2. Coat all sides with oil and season with garlic parsley salt.
  3. Place halibut in a fish grill basket. Grill on both sides until internal temperature reaches 145F.
  4. Drizzle lemon juice over halibut, serve and enjoy.
