4-Ingredient Healthy Date Shake

The 4-Ingredient Healthy Date Shake blends frozen banana, Medjool dates, unsweetened almond milk, and ice cubes into a creamy, naturally sweet smoothie. The dates provide rich caramel-like sweetness that pairs well with the banana's mellow flavor, while the almond milk keeps it light. The ice cubes give the shake a refreshing cold thickness, making it a simple, wholesome beverage option.
