Ingredients

  • 2 medium oranges + 1 tsp zest peeled
  • 1 banana previously sliced and frozen, if possible
  • ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt 142 g, or non-dairy alternative
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 5 mL

  1. Blend all ingredients well, adding ice as necessary to reach a frosty consistency of your liking.

Notes

  • Storage: This smoothie is best enjoyed right away. If you have leftovers, they will last for 2 days in the fridge. Just reblend it with ice. You can also freeze it in an ice cube tray and then blend it with a bit of liquid.
