5-a-Day Fruit Smoothie is packed full of blueberries, apple, banana, kiwi fruit and lime which are blended with coconut water for a refreshing burst of flavour and nutrients.

Ingredients
- 60 g blueberries frozen
- 1 banana medium, peeled & sliced
- 2 kiwi fruits peeled & roughly chopped
- 1 apple peeled, cored and chopped
- Juice of half a lime
- 100 mls Coconut water
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 small glasses.

Notes
- If you have a high speed power blender then you could leave the apple skins on.Depending on the size of your banana you may want to water down the smoothie with a little more coconut water if necessary.
