Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ cup PLAIN yogurt can sub sour cream, 120 g
- ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro 20 g
- 2 Tbsp lime juice 30 mL
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Blend: Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the container occasionally to ensure everything is mixed in.

- To store and prevent browning, transfer to a lidded container. Place plastic wrap directly onto the avocado crema, pressing to remove any air bubbles. The put the lid on the container.
