Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup PLAIN yogurt can sub sour cream, 120 g
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro 20 g
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice 30 mL
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Blend: Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the container occasionally to ensure everything is mixed in.

Notes

  • To store and prevent browning, transfer to a lidded container. Place plastic wrap directly onto the avocado crema, pressing to remove any air bubbles. The put the lid on the container.
