Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup PLAIN yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper * (add more if you prefer more heat)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well.
  2. Serve with burritos. Enjoy!
  3. Store the leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • *If you prefer a more authentic burrito sauce, use 2 tablespoons of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce instead of the cayenne pepper.
