Ingredients

Oreo layer:
  • 14 Oreo cookies
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Vanilla pudding layer:
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate pudding layer:
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Garnish:
  • Whipped Cream
  • Oreo crumbs
  • Oreo cookies

Instructions

Oreo layer:

  1. First, add the Oreos to a food processor and pulse until they turn into fine fine crumbs.
  2. In a small bowl or still, in the food processor, mix the oreo crumbs with the cocoa powder until fully combined.
  3. After that, distribute the cookie mixture into each serving glass, and use a spoon to press it down to make a smooth Oreo crust.
Vanilla pudding layer:
  1. After, add the milk and cornstarch to a medium saucepan and whisk until the cornstarch is dissolved. Place it over low-medium heat and stir until it starts to simmer and the mixture starts to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  2. Then, in a different pan, melt the sugar over low heat until it is brown in color. Gradually, add the milk mixture and let it simmer for two minutes while stirring.
  3. Divide equally the pudding mixture between the glasses, on top of the oreo layer. Smooth the top with a spoon.
Chocolate pudding layer:
  1. Next, in a medium saucepan combine milk, sugar, vanilla, cornstarch, and cocoa powder, and whisk it to dissolve the cornstarch and cocoa powder. Simmer over low heat until it is smooth and thick.
  2. Divide equally the chocolate pudding mixture between the glasses, on top of the vanilla pudding layer. Smooth the top with a spoon.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour before serving.
  4. Before serving, garnish each glass with whipped cream, oreo crumbs, and an Oreo cookie.
