5-Minute Creamy Jalapeno Sauce
This creamy jalapeno sauce blends pickled jalapenos, jalapeno brine, sour cream, garlic, and spices into a smooth, tangy condiment with a fresh cilantro touch. Ingredients
- ½ cup jalapeños pickled
- 2 Tablespoons jalapeno brine from the jar, pickled
- ¼ cup cilantro optional
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin ground
- 1-2 Tablespoons lime juice fresh
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth, scraping the sides as needed. Add salt if desired; since the brine is salty, be sure to taste test first.
