5-Minute Dill Pickle Dip

This dill pickle dip is the perfect dip for summer and only takes about 5 minutes to make! Try it with potato chips, pretzels, or buttery crackers.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons juice from pickles (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 cup dill pickles coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl  mix cream cheese, Greek Yogurt, pickle juice, garlic powder, and fresh dill with a hand mixer. 
  2. When mixture is smooth, gently stir in chopped pickles. 
  3. Serve with potato chips, pretzels, vegetables, or crackers (see notes above).
