Cup of Yum
Notes
- Adjust the texture: You can process the garden fresh salsa until fairly chunky or only slightly chunky. Alternatively, skip the food processor and chop the ingredients into uniform pieces of your desired size.
- Adjust the heat: Lots of heat is stored in chili seeds, so if you’re using fresh chilies, adjust how much (if any) you use. Alternatively, use a hotter/milder chili.
- To avoid watery salsa: De-seed the tomatoes, especially if they're particularly seedy/juicy.
- Tweak to taste: You can add more or less chili, lime juice, salt, etc., swap the chili, add extra ingredients, etc., to tweak the fresh garden salsa recipe to your liking.
