Ingredients

DRESSING:
  • 1 lime zested
  • 1/4 /4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed, approximately 2 limes
  • 2 garlic minced, cloves
  • 1 Tablespoon shallot finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 /4 cup olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
