5-Minute Recipe for Mango Salsa

This easy recipe for mango salsa takes only 5-minutes and it's full of flavor. Perfect when paired with seafood, or dipped with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangos, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 red onion, diced small
  • 2 tomatoes, seeds removed and diced small
  • juice of 1 lime (about 3-4 tbsp)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 jalapeno, seeds remove and diced

Instructions

  1. Toss together all of the ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt if needed.
  2. Serve immediately with your favourite tortilla chips or store in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Notes

  • If you want to make additions to this salsa, try adding a chopped avocado right before serving - it's delicious!
  • Other serving options: pita chips or bagel chips.
