5-Minute Recipe for Mango Salsa

This easy recipe for mango salsa takes only 5-minutes and it's full of flavor. Perfect when paired with seafood, or dipped with tortilla chips.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangos, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 red onion, diced small
- 2 tomatoes, seeds removed and diced small
- juice of 1 lime (about 3-4 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 jalapeno, seeds remove and diced
Instructions
- Toss together all of the ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt if needed.
- Serve immediately with your favourite tortilla chips or store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Notes
- If you want to make additions to this salsa, try adding a chopped avocado right before serving - it's delicious!
- Other serving options: pita chips or bagel chips.
