Ingredients

  • 30 ounces ROTEL whatever flavor and heat level you prefer
  • 4 ounces red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ Jalapeño
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until well mixed and there are no large chunks.
  2. Pour into a container with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
