5 Minute Tuna Dip

This healthy, protein-packed tuna dip will only take 5-minutes to make and is great for an easy snack or quick lunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh dill
  • 1/2 white or yellow small onion, diced (about 1/3 cup)
  • 2 dill pickles, diced
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • juice of half a small lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients until combined and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if desired. Enjoy immediately made into a sandwich with your favourite bread or as a wrap, or as a snack with crackers. Store in the fridge for up to two days.

Notes

  • This recipe is so easy to customize! Add more mayo if you like it creamier; if you want more crunch add more pickles or swap in celery; and if you like more dill flavour, add more dill.
