- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups 325g all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, divided

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13” baking pan with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate the egg yolks and vanilla extract into the mixture, ensuring they're thoroughly blended.
- Fold in the baking soda, baking powder, and salt until well distributed.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the mixture, stirring until there are no more streaks of flour in your batter
- Gently fold in 1 1/4 cups of the chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the dough.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking pan, spreading it out to create an even layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips over the top of the dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before slicing into squares or rectangles.
