7 Ingredient Pumpkin Butter

Rich, velvety and smooth... this pumpkin butter is easy to make and has all the great flavors of Fall! Great as a spread, in baking, or as a gift!

Ingredients

  • 1 oz can canned pumpkin 15, NOT pumpkin pie filling
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar packed, two thirds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a low boil over MED heat, then reduce to LOW. Simmer, stirring frequently, for 20 minutes, until thickened and slightly darker in color.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
