7 Layer Dip Cups

These easy 7-layer dip cups are an individually portioned version of the classic taco party dip. A delicious and less-messy way to share a favorite appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 2 avocados pitted and removed from skin
  • 2-3 Tablespoons lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
Optional Toppings
  • diced tomatoes
  • Sliced Jalapenos
  • green onion
  • shredded lettuce
  • cilantro

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Divide refried beans evenly among 4 cups.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, salt and pepper, then layer guacamole on top of the beans.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the sour cream and cream cheese until no lumps remain. Scoop on top of the guacamole layer.
  4. Add a layer of salsa to each cup.
  5. Top with shredded cheese, black olives, and your favorite taco fixin's.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
