Adrenal Cocktail

This simple 3 ingredient adrenal cocktail recipe is a great way to get more vitamins and minerals into your diet. It's the perfect afternoon pick-me-up and so easy to make!

Ingredients

  • ½-¾ cup coconut water
  • ¼ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • ¼ teaspoon high-quality sea salt or Himalayan pink salt
  • ½ teaspoon cream of tartar optional
  • Splash of canned coconut milk optional

Instructions

  1. In a glass, combine the fresh orange juice, sea salt, and coconut water.
  2. Stir well to dissolve the salt.
  3. Optional: Sprinkle in cream of tartar for an extra potassium boost and add a splash of coconut milk to make the cocktail creamy.
  4. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Both the cream of tartar and coconut milk are optional, but it adds potassium and a creamy element to this drink! 
  • Want to make a big batch to enjoy throughout the week? Triple or quadruple the recipe and store the leftovers in the fridge in a sealed jar.
