- ½ cup espresso coffee
- 2 vanilla ice cream scoops
Instructions
- Prepare two strong espressos.
- Dip 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream into each heat-resistant cup or bowl and pour in the hot espresso coffee.
- Decorate with whipped cream (optional).
