Ingredients

  • 6 ounces ahi tuna cut into ¼-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten free)
  • ¾ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¾ teaspoon agave nectar
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the diced tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, agave nectar and green onion.
  2. Divide the tuna mixture between 12 Asian soup spoons (appetizer spoons).
  3. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the poke. Serve.
