Ingredients
- 6 ounces ahi tuna cut into ¼-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten free)
- ¾ teaspoon sesame oil
- ¾ teaspoon agave nectar
- 1 green onion thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together the diced tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, agave nectar and green onion.
- Divide the tuna mixture between 12 Asian soup spoons (appetizer spoons).
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the poke. Serve.
