Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussel sprouts ends trimmed and sliced in half
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Bring a small stick pot of water to boil.
  2. Add the brussel sprouts to the water.
  3. Let the brussel sprouts cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Dump them into a strainer, taking care to drain as much water as possible.
  5. Add the sprouts to a mixing bowl and toss with salt and oil.
  6. Add the sprouts to your air fryer.
  7. Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
